Mmmmm...I love wild rice, especially when they're fraternizing with sunflower seeds, raisins and granny smith apples. What a big bowl of fibre...I love Toast! (#02-11 Ngee Ann City, www.marmaladegroup.com) My girlfriends and I love the cupcakes - Limonata is my favourite, though the Nutella one is the popular choice. There's also Elvis (chocolate and banana), Red Velvet (Coconut shavings and berries) and the Ultimate Chocolate (slightly over S$4 each). There's also mushroom quiche, salads and sandwiches galore which go down well into the tummy with the very special homemade iced lemon tea. Book a seat early for lunch as the bistro tends to fill up pretty quickly...and for dinner, eat early as they close around 7pm.
