Privé (No.2 Keppel Bay Vista, http://www.prive.com.sg/) is so breathtaking...I adore the anchored yachts and the alfresco areas at the bakery and restaurant. The seared tuna fillet here is a very generous portion lying on a little heap of arugula. I love seared anything! But this fillet was seared so very well, drizzled with olive oil. I wish I had taken this picture with my camera instead of my cell phone! My next mission is to try out every single item on the menu by end April!!!

Breathe Privé
