This was such a fun pasta selection at lunch today by my colleague. We landed up in Pastamania at Funan. It's called Miso Mushroom - Japanese influenced tastes of course. Bunashimeiji mushrooms with miso, cream and tonkatsu sauce and bonito flakes. The light and thinner-than-air fish flakes (a.k.a. katsuo-bushi) were interesting to watch cause they swayed swiftly from one side of the plate to the other for a long long time...like they were alive. Thank goodness my order was Spicy Portobello - nothing exciting besides difficult-to-get-rid-of galicky breath :(
